As the General Manager of Customer Services, he is responsible for post-sale, customer management. This includes Data Conversion, Training, Project Management, Consulting, Extended Services Implementation, Support and Billing Services. Prior to joining Brightree, Steve was Senior VP of Operations at Chamberlin Edmonds, where he was responsible for the company's support operations nationwide.
