Registration policy

The registration fee includes training, user conference materials, meals, snacks and refreshments listed on the agenda and food and refreshments at the welcome reception and Brightree party. Travel and hotel accommodation costs are not included and are the responsibility of each summit participant.

Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel your registration, you must notify us in writing by sending an email to btsummit2012@brightree.com. To receive a full refund of your registration fee (less a $75 administration fee), you must notify us no later than December 1, 2011. No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received after December 1, 2011. However, you may substitute an attendee at any time.
