Her clientele includes home health care companies, Medicare and other third party payers, investment firms, hospitals, pharmacies, and manufacturers. Miriam is known to have practical approaches to complex reimbursement/compliance matters and assists her clients with the nuts and bolts of running a profitable business. She is a nationally known speaker for many homecare trade associations.
Louis Feuer

Louis Feuer, MA, MSW, provides sales, marketing and customer service training to the nation’s leading health care corporations. He has published more than 300 articles on professional development issues and has recently written “The Home Care Guide to Quality Customer Service”. As a former hospital administrator, social worker and case manager, Louis delivers dynamic programs with unique insight. His clients include home care providers, infusion companies, managed care organizations and long-term care facilities. He is also the sales and marketing consultant to the VGM Group.
Wayne van Halem

Wayne van Halem, author, consultant and founder of The van Halem Group, helps providers navigate complex issues related to Medicare and Medicaid audits, appeals, enrollment, and compliance. A former auditor and national Appeals Director with Medicare, Wayne is also a published author and well-known lecturer. The van Halem Group consultants and clinicians are former HHS or Medicare contractor employees, and clients benefit from their first-hand knowledge and perspective. In 2011, the company acquired HC Comply and expanded its services to include compliance assessments and tailored program design.
Mike Mallaro

Mike Mallaro's responsibilities include the leadership of all financial, tax, information technology and employee benefit matters for VGM, as well as executive responsibility for five VGM operational divisions: VGM Insurance, VGM-Forbin, VGM-Technologies, VGM-Creative and Strategic Media. A graduate of the University of Iowa, he holds the CPA and CMA designations. He has spoken and written extensively on topics including the future of the HME industry, financial benchmarking, financial turnaround strategies and the internet’s impact on healthcare.
Dave Cormack

Dave Cormack is an entrepreneur with an international track record of building successful customer-centric organizations. Dave founded and led two highly successful start-up ventures; Soft Systems Limited, a London based vendor of business intelligence tools, and MiracleWorkers.com, an Atlanta based market leader in Internet recruiting for the Healthcare Industry, now owned by CareerBuilder.com. He is on the advisory boards of Datallegro, Inc., a provider of database performance enhancement tools, and Cobalt Corporate Finance, a London based specialist in high-tech corporate finance.
Chris Watson

Chris Watson is responsible for marketing, brand management and product management. In this role, she works closely with customers and industry experts, aligning customer requirements with emerging standards and regulations. She has 20 years of experience in strategic marketing and channel development, including corporate and product positioning and demand generation for global enterprise and early stage software companies. Prior to Brightree, she held executive positions at TerraGo Technologies and S1 Corporation.
Suzanne Henderson

Suzanne Henderson, Chief Technology Officer for Brightree is responsible for all areas of research, development and technology infrastructure for Brightree software. She has 20 years of experience delivering software capabilities to customers in a variety of markets.
Jana Macon

Jana Macon has 15 years of experience in directing and managing many operational aspects of software development, implementation, and support. Jana is charged with championing the success of all customers from implementation and data conversion through full utilization of Brightree products and services. Previously, Jana was Director - Customer Services at IQ Software.
Diana Dipierro

Diana Dipierro is a 20-year veteran of the Home Healthcare software industry. Her career includes homecare software application development, designing systems for the billing and inventory control of medical equipment, customer support and general operations management. She has been providing support and implementation to Brightree customers since 2002, and customer satisfaction is her top priority.
Steve Andrews

Steve Andrews has over 20 years of operations and financial management experience in the financial services and healthcare markets. As the General Manager of Customer Services, he is responsible for post-sale, customer management. This includes Data Conversion, Training, Project Management, Consulting, Extended Services Implementation, Support and Billing Services. Prior to joining Brightree, Steve was Senior VP of Operations at Chamberlin Edmonds, where he was responsible for the company's support operations nationwide.
Gary Long

Gary Long has nearly 25 years of experience in the medical, software and Internet technology fields. Prior to joining Brightree, Gary was President of Recall Systems, an Internet Benefits Portal Company. Gary also held leadership roles as COO of Miracleworkers.com, an Internet medical jobs site; and as Senior Vice President of Sales - Americas at IQ Software, which provides Internet reporting and business intelligence solutions to Fortune 1000 companies.
Bryan Hines

Bryan Hines, Director, Consulting Services, has worked with Brightree customers for four years. Previously, Bryan was Director of Reimbursement for Texas Home Medical in Houston, Texas. With nearly 20 years of experience in the HME industry, he has served many roles as a software provider, HME provider, and consultant. Bryan has been involved in provider acquisition integration, operational performance analysis, and inventory and financial auditing.
Vern Herrington

Vern Herrington, R.R.T., has 30 years of experience in the homecare industry. For the past six years at Brightree, he has worked closely with customers to assess their needs and translate those business requirements to the software development team. Vern’s prior positions include: Manager of a hospital-based DME; Director of Respiratory Services for Visiting Nurse Health Systems; and Director of DME at Atlanta Homecare Services.
Kathy Senica

Kathy Senica has 30 years of experience in the HME industry beginning with a family owned DME and physician supply company. She has worked with Brightree software for 8 years and is now an on-site consultant, specializing in customer service and billing. Her prior position was with C & S Billing Center which was acquired by Brightree in 2008.
Mark Higley

Mark Higley is responsible for analysis of governmental, regulatory and compliance issues affecting the DMEPOS industry, including national competitive bidding, health care reform, oxygen benefits, and other recent provider issues. He sits on the AAHomecare Regulatory Committee and a frequent speaker at HME industry events. Mark received his M.B.A from the University of Iowa, and earned undergraduate degrees in Finance and Economics. Previously, he held positions with the Arena Football League and with Deere & Company.
Carri Johnson
Carri Johnson, Vice President, Reimbursement Services is a 20 year veteran of the HME/DME industry. She is the previous owner of C & S Billing Center acquired by Brightree in 2008. She has worked with Brightree for eight years in training, support, and consulting. As Vice President of Brightree Services, she oversees 160 employees handling billing and operations.
